2012 Girls 14U Class A Fast Pitch Nationals, July 29 - August 5, 2012

Due to the high demand of rooms for this tournament, the following cut-off dates apply for all qualified teams booking hotel rooms from their team block: For team blocks set up before June 8, 2012, team room reservation cut-off date: June 15, 2012
Any rooms unbooked in your team block on June 15th will be released so that other qualified teams may book in. |
Teams must qualify to play in this tournament in order to secure a block of rooms. There are no exceptions.
(Otherwise teams that do not qualify will then cancel at the last minute.)
The rooms for team blocks requests are set aside until the qualifying process is over and the cut-off date (July 10) is reached.
A LIMITED NUMBER OF HOTELS HAVE EXTENDED THEIR CUTOFF DATE TO MONDAY, JULY 16TH BY 4 PM CENTRAL TIME.
