Girls 14U Fast Pitch Nationals: This hotel is requiring a 3-night minimum stay in order to receive this group rate. It is also contracted with this hotel that should any team not proceed to the finals, they may check out prior to their scheduled check out date so long as:

a. The 3-night minimum stay requirement has been met
b. Check out no later than normal hotel check out time. Unless prior arrangements are made with the hotel.

Adult Men's Rec: A two-night (2) minimum stay is required in order to receive this group rate.

Hotel Room Cancellation:
Cancellations must be received forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one nights stay.
