Due to the high demand of rooms for this tournament, the following cut-off dates apply

for all teams booking hotel rooms from their team block:

For team blocks set up before April 10, 2012, team reservation cut-off date: April 17, 2012

Any rooms unbooked in your team block on April 17, 2012 will be released.
Make sure your team books their rooms from the team block by April 17, 2012

For teams blocks set up after April 10, 2012, team reservation cut-off date: May 1, 2012
