Due to the high demand of rooms for this tournament, the following cut-off dates apply

for all teams booking hotel rooms from their team block:

For team blocks set up before May 14, 2012, team reservation cut-off date: May 21, 2012

Any rooms unbooked in your team block on May 21, 2012 will be released.
Make sure your team books their rooms from the team block by May 21, 2012

For teams blocks set up after May 14, 2012, team reservation cut-off date: June 4, 2012
